¾ cup frozen blueberries
1 handful of spinach
1.5 cups coconut milk (or almond milk)
2 Tbsp hemp flakes
1 Tbsp hemp oil
2 scoops hemp protein powder
¼ avocado (or ½ a small one)
Blend and serve immediately.
