Michelle‘s favorite salsa recipe with a twist!
This is fresh, and crisp and perfect for summer! The sweet and spicy notes really go well together, and adding hemp seed oil just gives it a whole new dimension. Perfect for a hot summers evening, enjoy with corn chips, crackers or with fresh veggie sticks. Delicious!
1 cup well drained canned crushed pineapple (in juice)
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
¼ cup minced red capsicum
1 hot chili seeded and minced (optional)
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp hemp seed oil
2 Tbsp minced fresh coriander
a small pinch of sea salt
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and serve.
