Dave and I LOVE to start our day with a healthy, warming bowl of porridge for breakfast. Add your favorite fruits for an antioxidant and fiber boost. A sprinkling of Chia Seeds or if you are in the States, Europe, or many other countries you can add a tablespoon of Hemp Seeds for protein. Finish off with a good drizzle of Hemp Seed Oil for your optimum balance of Omega3, 6 and 9 plus GLA. Delicious….Use Daily, We Do!!
- A cup of Organic Oats
- Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Almond, coconut or a milk of your choice
- Blueberries, Strawberries etc
- A good tablespoon drizzle of hemp seed oil
